Carbide Liner Bushes
SIP TOOLS offers Carbide Bushes having eight times life, compared to normal Jig Bushes. The main advantages of Carbide Bushes is substantial savings on down time due to it's longer life.
As illustrated in the sketch, only liner is made out of carbide which is either press fitted or brazed in complicated, hardened to toughened body as per consumrer's requirements.
Sintered tungsten Carbide Bushes are imported from Extramet AG, Switzerland, one of the biggest and most modern factory.
